Our First Lady

Lady Shani K. Vickers is the personification of grace, wisdom, beauty and Godliness. She is passionate about her faith, developing the next generation of leaders, and enhancing people’s lives by curating events that create life changing experiences. Respected for her organization, execution, and resourcefulness, Shani’s technical skillset and irrefutable gifts form a dynamic blend of competence and creativity that distinguish her in both corporate and community spaces. As a trusted leader and event planner in a globally respected consulting firm, Shani has traveled across the United States and around the world to deliver the excellence and professionalism that has become synonymous with her name.

Lady Shani is a proud native of Lithonia, Georgia, the daughter of Rev. Dr. Micheal and Dr. Y’Vonne Benton, and the youngest of six siblings. A lifelong member of Fairfield Baptist Church, she can be found serving as a special events coordinator, working with the youth, and helping almost anywhere else at any given time. In her leisure, Shani enjoys cooking and baking, reading, brunch, traveling, quality time with loved ones, good jokes, shopping, and all things fashion. Shani earned a
Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Hospitality and Marketing from Florida State University and is in study for the Master of Science in
Organizational Leadership at Mercer University. Lady Shani is happily married to
Rev. Dr. Eric George Vickers, Sr., and is affectionately called HoneyBee (Bonus Mom) by Eric Jr., and Charese.
