These chair exercises are perfect for all fitness levels and will help you maintain an active lifestyle as we grow older. Classes will be led by our very own Brother Jeremy Ware, affectionately known as Mr. Fitness, a certified fitness instructor. Best of all, the sessions are offered at no cost.
