The Mission provides the members of Fairfield an opportunity to carry out Christ’s Great Commission, “Go ye into the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” The Mission teaches the ‘spirit of mission’ is the real Spirit of Christ. The Mission seeks opportunities to help and serve others through prayer, kindness, love and gentleness. It offers a means to show gratitude to God for His favor, study the missionary message of the Bible, engage in community activities and Christian fellowship. The true spirit of a missionary seeks to highlight others rather than self.
